| Wet weather arrangements |
| To ensure that everyone will have an opportunity to dance whatever the weather the total number of entries will be limited to 35 adult and 15 children’s teams. |
| If the weather is wet we will use 2 halls; all dancers will dance the same programme. However in one the dancing will be to George Meikle’s band and in the second to CDs. Distribution of teams into halls will be on a “first come, first served” basis to dance in the larger hall to the band. |
| The programme may have to be curtailed if the weather is wet. |
| Evening dance tickets |
| The space available in the Blue Sports Hall limits the number of dancers that can be accommodated. All dance tickets will therefore be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. |
| The evening dance will start at 19.00 and finish at 22.30 to reduce the delay between the afternoon and evening programmes and to allow everyone to get away earlier. |
| Parking |
| Parking is available on the Beckett Park site at the owner’s risk. |
| Refeshments |
| Lists (not necessarily recommendations) of local places convenient for lunch and evening meals (light refreshments or full meals) will be available on the day. |
| Open air seating arrangements |
| All dancers and spectators are advised to bring their own chairs/rugs and umbrellas/parasols. Depending on the weather sun-screen is strongly advised. |
