Junior
teams: £15
per team of up to 9 dancers plus a teacher. |

would welcome entries from teams that are less than 8 dancers; please

we would like any dancers who wish to be included in the afternoon

Spectators: £1 per person either in advance or on the day. |

Evening
dance tickets: £8.50 each, £5 for those in full-time education, £2.50 for under-16s These prices include a plated supper; soft drinks will be available. |

| The space available limits the number of dancers that can be accommodated. All evening dance tickets will therefore be on a “first come, first served” basis. | |
| Wet weather arrangements | |
| As ever we must make contingency plans in case of wet weather. It may therefore be necessary to restrict the number of teams. Alternatively we may decide to use 2 halls. If we use a second hall we will attempt to provide live music for the second. In either event admission will be on a “first come, first served” basis. | |
| Please note that due to restricted space and fire regulations the number of spectators may be limited if the event is held indoors. Once again admission will be on the “first come, first served” basis. | |
| The programme may have to be curtailed if the weather is wet. | |

| Please note that there are excellent changing facilities on the site for those who wish to stay between the afternoon event and the evening dance. | |
| Open air seating arrangements | |
| All dancers and spectators are advised to bring their own chairs/rugs and umbrellas/parasols. Depending on the weather sun-screen is strongly advised. | |
